Picture Request Form.

Use this form to request a copy of one of my pictures without the copyright notice on it, suitable for printing on canvas by Photogonia.

For purposes of enforcing my copyright to these pictures, I must ask for certain information about where the pictures will be displayed before I grant you the right to have them printed and framed. I've updated my Privacy Policy to state explicitly why I'm requesting this information and how I intend to use it. Bottom line: I intend to use it with full respect for your privacy.

Please review the Privacy Policy, which has been updated specifically for these kinds of requests. Short version: We will not abuse your private information. We will retain aggregate information about how many copies of each picture have been requested, but not personally identifiable information.

About the Picture

If you know the file name, that will be sufficient. If you enter the file name of the picture here, there's no need to specify on what page you saw it or to copy the description. Suggestion: Right-click the picture and select "Save target as." In the File Save dialog box, make sure the file name is highlighed, and press Ctrl-C. Then come to this form, put your cursor in the text box and press Ctrl-V. If you don't know what any of that means, just choose the page and type the description below.
